We were downsizing and willing to rehab and she knew exactly what we were looking for. I don't know how she rearranged her schedule on the fly but she arranged showings effectively and efficiently. She always had the inside scoop on the properties that were of interest and had comps ready to share. Her guidance made us well informed buyers and negotiators. When it came to selling our home she did an outstanding job of listing our home and doing as many open houses as we felt necessary. We sold our house quickly and were satisfied with the price we got. Sarah made sure we made it smoothly through both closings. Also, Sarah is so well connected with various contractors that anything we needed to be done whether on the home we were buying or the one we were selling was scheduled quickly. Sarah has a solid reputation with every contractor or vendor in the industry. Sarah is also approachable and friendly which are often overlooked characteristics. I was in a fix and because of Sarah's incredible patience, and professional and experienced abilities to navigate people and deals, I ended up in the house I wanted and needed. The sellers agreed on an offer my soon-to-be ex-wife made, then we had to switch to me buying the house which Sarah had to make happen. Then the original financing bank changed their rate on me so I switched banks and then had to switch banks again. So it was delay after delay after delay, all of which Sarah made happen through many phone calls, a believable and genuine persona, and hard work. To top things off in the end the financing bank appraised the value much lower than anyone involved thought was reasonable which caused another delay. In the end, I don't think your standard REALTOR could have endured the pressure. Sarah did a great job by making a really difficult situation work.
